Karen leads the culinary department in all aspects, from logistics scheduling to daily meal selection.
She has worked at The Chelsea at Fanwood since it first opened in 1997. She started out as a server and gradually made her way up.
After years of working in various capacities and building a rapport with residents, Karen continues to focus on making the dining experience as delightful and delicious as possible.
