Meet the Team

Annette Watson

Executive Director

Annette leads the team at The Chelsea at Fanwood in all operational and business initiatives. She is responsible for maintaining high-level performance in all areas of service.

Annette’s value to the company is reflected in her career here since 2004–she’s been Executive Director at three of our communities, always taking on a leadership role with a positive attitude and a caring way.

A career nurse, Annette has worked with seniors since her time at the VA Medical Center in Lyons, N.J., and other assisted living companies.

Maintaining a coherent and engaged staff is a top priority for Annette.

Annette is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator (CALA) and a licensed practical nurse (LPN). She lives in nearby Plainfield and spends her free time gardening, dancing and spending time with her grandkids.

Pamela Gabel

Director of Community Relations

Pam leads the sales and marketing initiatives at The Chelsea at Fanwood in her role as the Director of Community Relations. Under her leadership, she is responsible for developing a cohesive community by connecting with families, residents and businesses alike, and driving the sales process.

Pam honed her marketing skills in the printing industry after initial training as an architect and graphic designer.

In her spare time, Pamela sings in the church choir, takes walks, reads and practices yoga.
